Top Shelf has had the pleasure of working with many of the areas most talented caterers and chefs. During this time that I had the luck of crossing paths with Peter Clements. Peter was working as a private chef for my first client 15 years ago. It was there that I saw his attention to detail and ability to make amazing food that looked phenomenal. So last year when I decided to expand and create Top Shelf Event Production company, I knew that I wanted to bring Peter in on the endeavor. Peter was happy to be on board. He brought with him an already established and thriving farm to table catering. We have worked out a few pre-set menus that are offered here and also in our All inclusive wedding packages. We are happy to work with you on a menu if you are looking for something specific.
