We're making it simple and affordable

Top Shelf wedding packages are the culmination of 15 years of research and development. Being part of over 2,000 events has taught me a lot about what it takes to make a successful event. I created wedding packages as a means to make the entire process of planning, reserving, booking and pulling off your wedding a LOT simpler. No longer are you calling the caterer, then DJ, then rental company, then photo booth guy and so on. My goal was to bundle all of these services together under one company. So last year I decided to put all of the experience and amazing staff that are part of our team into making a complete event production company. Below are three of our pre-priced packages. Taco Buffect Package

Package includes

Mac and triple cheese with panko cheddar crust

Creamy whipped potato with garlic chips, scallions and bacon

Roasted Red potato, shallots, thyme and evoo

Quinoa, feta, baby kale, toasted honey walnuts, dried cherry, flat leaf parsley, onion herb dressing

Local vegetables roasted and caramelized with tomato basil al Checca or lemon butter

Dinner buffet

 Local urban farm greens, diced tomato, shaved zucchini, pickled red onion, feta cheese, smoke paprika croutons, country vinaigrette

 Buttermilk herb crusted salmon w/ Champagne-chive butter

 Roasted boneless half chicken, stuffed with pesto, fontina cheese, garlic braised spinach and sun dried tomato

Vegetarians(Preparation for only 15-20 servings):
Roasted butternut squash, sun dried tomato and potato lasagna with sage pesto and walnut panko crust
